Hi, I’m Swedish so I can translate it for you. It’s a real estate firm made up of 10 agents, located in Malmö (third largest city in Sweden) and it has focused its business on only the best locations and top condos in that market. They have an interactive website where a customer can book a showing directly on the web and read monthly reports of the value of “their” condo.
Aside from that, they have also obviously hired great photographers and designers for their website:). It doesn’t say if the codos are staged…but staging is very common in Sweden when selling homes.
